Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Attested Intelligence Holdings LLC ("Attested Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Attested Intelligence Registry, AGA Portal, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Attested Intelligence provides cryptographic attestation, verification, and registry services for software artifacts, AI models, and digital assets. Our Services include:

• Cryptographic artifact attestation and sealing
• Offline verification toolchains and APIs
• Policy-driven enforcement receipt systems
• Registry services for internal divisions and verified partners

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Account Registration

Certain Services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or misleading attestations
• Attempt to compromise the integrity of the registry
• Interfere with the operation of the Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Attested Intelligence

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, documentation, and content, are owned by Attested Intelligence and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of artifacts you submit for attestation; you grant us a license to process and store cryptographic representations thereof.

7. Attestation Integrity

Attestations are cryptographic commitments. Once submitted, attestation records are immutable. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of artifacts you submit for attestation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. ATTESTATION VERIFIES CRYPTOGRAPHIC INTEGRITY, NOT THE LEGALITY, ACCURACY, OR FITNESS OF UNDERLYING CONTENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTESTED INTELLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attested Intelligence from claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
